Already reserved a rental and content to handle the wheel yourself? Then the unsolved part is the grueling half, heaving the heavy pieces up and stowing them so the desert freeway can’t jar the load apart. Labor-only service answers that one need and nothing past it. Roll up in whatever container you reserved; pocket the keys, then the crew fills or clears it briskly, kept tight and even from cab to door. Handing the driving back to you is a choice on purpose, and a major reason this remains among the most affordable routes to seasoned hands.

How It Plays Out
Set the container down wherever there’s room while the crew judges each piece by weight and dimension, stations the heaviest up front at the cab for ballast, then braces the remainder to that face so nothing rattles free. Whenever a piece comes apart to win back cubic footage, apart it goes. Stripping it runs that sequence in reverse, every piece left where you indicate and the taken-apart ones reassembled. Once the monsoon arrives, the entry ramp and the path get gritted and floor cover laid before a tire moves, because a stacked dolly skidding down wet metal onto a slick desert apron is the fast track from a do-it-alone attempt to a hospital trip. Downtown jobs proceed inside the freight-car window you’ve reserved, keeping the rental from idling there and draining your hours and your money.
The Single Hard Boundary
To be blunt, the driving isn’t ours at all. Operating the truck, towing a trailer, relocating a POD between addresses, the whole of that falls to you or to the rental firm, full stop. The container and the gas it burns count as your expense too, and anything loose or open-topped sits outside the guarantee, the exception being items you closed up yourself or that we caught on camera ahead of loading.
Pricing
Billing follows the meter, opening at $120/hr for a duo over a floor of two hours, usually the cheapest route to capable help. A heavy load, or a stair climb spanning multiple floors, often calls for a third worker at $165/hr, which we sort out over a quick call.
