With a smaller residence typically the goal, a flat number is generally the practical place to begin: a studio runs $350 to $530, the one-bed band $520 to $820 and the two-bed band $820 to $1,400; whatever added time goes into the sorting and downsizing bills at $120/hr with two movers on the clock.
